"The progress is still 20 percent. It is targeted to complete in three weeks," he added.
Meanwhile, Batu Ampar Urban Village's Economy and Development Section Head, Isra Nur Hikmah explained the construction aims to smooth the water flow since the area is often inundated by 30 cm.
"The construction is also to respond resident's report related the problem," she explained.
